Phil Chapter

We have just concluded our 30th reunion activities and from the number of batchmates and guests who attended the program ( more than 150 persons ) , we could consider it a success.

The activities started with a parade in Montano Hall as we lined ourselves into three and paraded along Lopez Jaena, and P. Burgos Avenue to Chefoo Restaurant. A band and our banner lead us along the way. It was a proud moment for us as the show of support from our batchmates was very evident.

The activities in Chefoo restaurant was joyful and a memorable one.It started at six pm and ended at past midnight. There were lots of parlor games, singing and dancing. Six dancing instructors assisted us. Everyone had a grand time partying all night..

And the raffle prizes kept our batchmates on their seats. A big washing machine was the last prize drawn. There were also microwave oven, 7 electric fans and more than 40 wrapped kitchen appliances, bags of 25 kgs. rice and assorted gifts raffled off. These were aside from more than P15,000.00 in cash prizes..

Of course this reunion would have not succeed without the untiring efforts of Jess Barrera, Ester Macapagal, Arleen Fraginal, Sol Tan del Rosario, Joy Mongaya, Lannie Abarro, Nick Coronel, Butch Dimayuga, Ellen and others ( sorry for those I missed ) who actively participated in the planning, invitation and solicitation of gifts.
